little Joe Rogan

With the loss ofAnderson Cooper, CBS'60 Minutesmay be courting a popular, yet controversial, podcaster. Sources say there is a possibility thatJoe Rogancould be in line as his replacement.

His podcast, The Joe Rogan Experience, has a wide reach, with 11 million listeners daily. It recently became more accessible on Apple and other streaming platforms.

RadarOnlinereports that the news Joe may landon the network'slegacy news program has set off alarm bells at CBS. According to an insider, "This isn't stunt casting. It's strategy. Rogan opens a direct pipeline to the massive MAGA audience CBS has struggled to reach for years."

Last month, Anderson announced he's leaving the show after 20 years, as he seeks to spend more time with his two sons.

"You bring in Rogan and you immediately gain a core connection to over 50 percent of the country," according to a media executive. "He speaks to viewers who feel ignored or mocked by legacy media. That could solve the ratings and credibility problems of CBS overnight."

Yet there is speculation on whether Joe joining 60 Minutes will help or hurt the show. "It's a gamble. Rogan isn't traditional broadcast talent – he's raw, unscripted, and polarizing. That could either electrify 60 Minutes or blow it up," says a source.

According to a Radaronline branding expert source, "This gives him mainstream legitimacy in a way podcasting alone never could. It's a whole new platform – primetime, institutional credibility, historic prestige. It elevates his brand from disruptor to establishment power player."

"It would be the biggest reinvention in the show's history. The question is – are they brave enough to do it?" a source questioned. Bringing his followers and possibly new viewers to the network could be a win-win, especially for Joe.

Says a source, "Rogan doesn't need 60 Minutes. But 60 Minutes might need Rogan."

Safety Kevin Byard III, NFL's interceptions leader in 2025, reportedly signs 1-year deal with Patriots

No defense recorded more turnovers last season than the Chicago Bears. Kevin Byard III played a big role in the havoc-wreaking Bears racking up a league-high 33 takeaways during the 2025 campaign.

Now the 32-year-old safety is reportedly headed east, where he'll take his ball-hawking skills to the New England Patriots on a one-year, $9 million deal, according to NFL Network's Tom Pelissero.

In 2025, Byard led the NFL in interceptions — a feat he also accomplished with the Tennessee Titans in 2017 — and finished as a first-team All-Pro for the third time in his career.

Byard picked off seven passes, accounting for 21.2% of the turnovers the Bears forced last season. He sniffed the career-high eight picks he logged with the Titans eight years earlier. At that time, he was a second-year player out of Middle Tennessee and he was playing for then-Titans head coach Mike Vrabel.

The two of them will be reunited in New England.

Byard, a 2016 third-round pick, spent the first seven-plus seasons of his career in Tennessee beforehe was traded midseason in 2023 to the Philadelphia Eagles. His time withhis hometown Eagleswas short-lived, however.

Byardsigned with the Bears ahead of the 2024 season, marking the beginning of his two-year run in Chicago.

This past season, he helped Chicago return to the playoffs for the first time in five years and log a winning record for the first time in seven years.

In addition to his seven interceptions, Byard also tallied 93 total tackles, including 61 solos and 4 TFLs. He also allowed just 24 receptions, 282 receiving yards and three touchdowns through the air, per Pro Football Focus.

Byard will join a Patriots team that was tied for 19th in the league with 19 takeaways in 2025 but forced eight turnovers in the playoffs en route to the Super Bowl.

Inside JFK Jr. and Daryl Hannah's on-and-off romance (and what those close to them said about the relationship)

John F. Kennedy Jr. and Daryl Hannah first met in the early 1980s and began dating years later.

Key Points

  • The couple's on-and-off romance lasted five years, ending in 1994.

  • Hannah has criticized how their relationship is portrayed on FX's Love Story.

John F. Kennedy Jr.'s love life was already tabloid fodder before he made headlines with his wife, Carolyn Bessette. There had been rumored flings with global pop star Madonna and model Julie Baker, but it was his on-and-off relationship with actressDaryl Hannahthat really had people talking.

Decades later, FX's hit seriesLove Storyrevisits some of that drama, giving viewers a brief glimpse into their yearslong romance. Hannah has beenopenly critical of how she's portrayed, writing in an essay forThe New York Timesthat the show's version of her is "not even a remotely accurate representation" of her life, behavior, or her relationship with JFK Jr.

Here's everything to know about JFK Jr. and Daryl Hannah's real-life relationship, and what Hannah has said about her portrayal on the show.

JFK Jr. and Daryl Hannah first crossed paths in the early 1980s

Elizabeth Beller's 2024 bookOnce Upon a Time: The Captivating Life of Carolyn Bessette-Kennedy— the inspiration behindLove Story— notes that JFK Jr. and Hannah first met in the early 1980s while on vacation with their families in St. Martin.

Hannah's stepdad, billionaire Jerrold Wexler, had strong ties to the Kennedys political world, having "donated heavily" to the Democratic National Committee and to the presidential bid of JFK Jr.'s uncle, Senator Edward "Ted" M. Kennedy.

JFK Jr. and Hannah didn't start dating right away. Their romantic spark didn't really ignite until 1988, at the wedding of his aunt Lee Radziwill to filmmaker Herbert Ross, whom Hannah had worked with onSteel Magnolias.

At the time, Hannah was in an on-again, off again relationship with singerJackson Browneand JFK Jr. had been dating Brown classmate Christina Haag.

Beller's book hinted that Hannah's stepdad may have even given them a little nudge. "Wexler called Ted, at Daryl's behest, and asked him to encourage John to spend time at the wedding with Daryl," she wrote. "In other words, she had been prescreened."

Their on-and-off romance overlapped with other relationships

After reconnecting at the wedding, JFK Jr. and Hannah started seeing each other on and off. Friends even reportedly noticed there was occasional overlap with other relationships.

In the 2024 bookJFK Jr.: An Intimate Oral Biographyby Liz McNeil and RoseMarie Terenzio, JFK Jr.'s friend Jack Merrill said he wasn't sure exactly what happened between JFK Jr. and Haag, but their split might've had "something to do with Daryl" since her name kept coming up.

Terenzio, JFK Jr.'s former executive assistant, also remembered some overlap with Hannah's relationship with Browne. At the time, Hannah was reportedly still living in Los Angeles and seeing the singer while hanging out with JFK Jr.

"A friend of John's told me that once or twice, John and Daryl had an argument and she would just pick up and head back to L.A. without telling him," Terenzio writes. "She was seeing Jackson when she went out there and John wasn't happy about it."

In 1992, Hannah went through ahighly publicized breakup with Browne, whom she'd been with for a decade. It was around that time that she agreed to move to New York to live with JFK Jr., according to Carole Radziwill inJFK Jr.: An Intimate Oral Biography.

"They stayed together for several more years and seemed happy," Radziwill notes.

JFK Jr. and Hannah reportedly got into public fights

InJFK Jr.: An Intimate Oral Biography, Amelia Barlow, the daughter of Kennedy family friend John Perry Barlow, reflected on JFK Jr. and Hannah's dynamic. "I can only tell you what their relationship felt like to me—it felt fantastical, adventurous," she said. "It felt somewhat young and a little bit maybe naive or immature compared to his relationship with Carolyn. There was a little bit more, like, fire—and fight."

And there was certainly fire. Beller wrote in her book that JFK Jr. "had been seen screaming at Daryl Hannah" in the streets of NYC, similar to the infamous public argument he would later have with Bessette in Washington Square Park.

One memorable incident involved Air New England pilot Barry Scott, who said inJFK Jr.: An Intimate Oral Biographythat JFK Jr. tried to take off for Martha's Vineyard without Hannah, who was reportedly running late. After heading toward the runway, they had to turn back to pick her up, and she was not happy.

"It surprised me a little that he would leave without her," Scott said. "They had a big argument in the back of the plane while we were flying back. Just that she was pissed that he left her, and she was sort of berating him for having to make her get the plane to come back."

Jackie Kennedy was reportedly skeptical of JFK Jr.'s relationship with Hannah

Another alleged source of tension between Hannah and JFK Jr. was his mother,Jacqueline Kennedy Onassis. Beller wrote inOnce Upon a Timethat "Jackie's feelings about Hannah had never been overwhelmingly positive, and, as time went on, they got worse."

Family friend Jim Hart claimed inJFK Jr.: An Intimate Oral Biographythat Jackie "was not a fan" of their relationship. "It wasn't like she hated Daryl at all, she just didn't want her son marrying an actress—it kind of was simple. There was no great animosity, but she was always talking about, 'What do you think of Daryl? Do you think that's right for John?'"

In the same book, Charlie King, another friend, claimed that JFK Jr. once told him he and Hannah were fighting "because she's not getting along with my mother."

King added that it created some distance between them. "It felt like they were, like, estranged at the time. They seemed to be happy when they were together."

JFK Jr. and Hannah broke up in 1994

In 1994, Hannah and JFK Jr. called it quits after five years together. He went on to marry Bessette in 1996, but the coupletragically died in a 1999 plane crash, along with Bessette's sister, Lauren.

NCAA Tournament bubble games to watch as March Madness heats up Wednesday

Over the last month of the men's college basketball regular season, there've seemingly been safe spots in theNCAA tournament at-large poolavailable for the taking. Most teams, however, haven't taken them.

USA TODAY Sports

As a result, more than a handful of teams enter tournament week with work to do to push their way to the right side of the proverbial bubble. For some such squads, the quest might already be over – better luck next year, Stanford.

Here are five games to watch involving other bubble dwellers hoping to avoid the same fate on the Wednesday schedule. All four power conferences are represented on this list, but we'll start with a couple more matchups in the afore-mentioned ACC.

North Carolina State vs. Pittsburgh

Time/TV:noon ET, ESPN2.

The Wolfpack have been a wildly inconsistent bunch, having won just once in their last seven outings. That victory was a blowout over rival North Carolina, but some of the losses have been downright unsightly. They're probably still safe given the chaos on the rest of the bubble over the last few weeks, but a setback here to the Panthers, who are outside the top 100 in the NCAA's NET ranking, would be more damaging than a result against Stanford would have been.

SMU vs. Louisville

Time/TV:2:30 p.m. ET, ESPN.

The Mustangs were able to avoid a resume-killer against Syracuse in the first round of the ACC tournament, and now they have an opportunity to boost their cause. The Cardinals are in much safer territory, thanks to a solid road win at Miami to conclude the regular season, but would like to turn in a good performance nevertheless on the eve of March Madness.

SMU guard Boopie Miller (2) dribbles the ball as Syracuse guard Naithan George (11) defends during the 2026 ACC tournament game at Spectrum Center in Charlotte, N.C.

Cincinnati vs. Central Florida

Time/TV:3 p.m. ET, ESPNU.

The 8-9 pairing in the Big 12 second round isn't an bubble-elimination game per se. The Knights have a few more quality results on their resume and would probably still be in with a loss, though they might be shuffled closer to the First Four. The Bearcats spent much of the conference campaign trying to erase some bad outcomes from November and early December. They've won six of eight entering the postseason. A victory won't clinch a berth, but it would keep them in the conversation.

Auburn vs. Mississippi State

Time/TV:3 p.m. ET, SECN.

Hardwood pundits from just about every locale in the nation outside of Auburn, Alabama, cite the Tigers, just a game above .500 entering the SEC tournament, as Exhibit A in the case against NCAA expansion. Through sheer volume they've amassed numerous Quad 1 victories, but the number in the loss column, especially if it came against the sub-.500 Bulldogs, would become too large to dismiss. Just advancing isn't enough for Steven Pearl's team but it gives them a chance to fight another day.

Indiana vs. Northwestern

Time/TV:5:30 p.m. ET, BTN.

Exhibit B is Indiana, although most bracketologists have the Hoosiers on the outside anyway. IU enters the Big Ten tournament needing a deep run. Beating the Wildcats won't move the needle on its own, but a loss would end chance to add more quality wins.

Maxx Crosby's surgeon says pass rusher is 'doing very well' in rehab from surgery after Ravens pulled out of trade

The Baltimore Ravens were concerned enough about Maxx Crosby's recovery from offseason knee surgery that theteam pulled outof its expensive trade for the pass rusher. His surgeon, however, believes Crosby is right where he needs to be in his recovery.

Yahoo Sports

Dr. Neal ElAttrache told ESPN that Crosby is "doing  an excellent job attacking his rehab," and that the timing of his physical with the Ravens was unfortunate, as the pass rusher's prognosis will improve the further out he gets from surgery.

ElAttrache's full statement read:

"Maxx Crosby is doing very well in the early part of his rehab and recovery from surgery to treat a significant meniscus tear and the related stress injury to the bone and cartilage in his knee. He is certainly on track in his planned program … he feels very well and is already much improved compared to before surgery.

"We truly respect the work of the Ravens staff with Maxx regarding the contract physical exam. We also understand the challenge the staff faces when tasked to provide a future risk assessment based on an evaluation early in the recovery process. This is especially challenging when dealing with an elite player like Maxx considering the level of commitment necessary for a team to obtain him. The timing of this assessment is unfortunate because the apparent risk will lessen as his recovery progresses and his return to performance over the next few months becomes clear.

"At this point, Maxx is doing an excellent job attacking his rehab and his knee is responding very well. We look forward to Maxx returning to his elite level of performance this season as planned and for several more to come."

NFL teams interested in trading for Crosby, including the Ravens, reportedly had team doctors meet with ElAttrache, per The Athletic. Both Ravens doctors and independent doctors reportedly believed Crosby's short-term prognosis was positive, but hislong-term status was a much bigger question. That's ultimately what caused Baltimore to pull out of the deal.

It's tough to know what happens next for both Crosby and the Raiders. The team is reportedly open to every option, including keeping the pass rusherdespite splurging on free agents after it looked as though Crosby's salary was off the books. Teams less concerned about Crosby's medicals could re-engage the Raiders in trade talks, but the market for Crosby has lessened in the opening days of free agency. Teams that presumably would have given up significant draft picks have bolstered their defensive lines by instead signing players on the free-agent market.

Given Crosby's immense talent, it wouldn't be a surprise if trade discussions continued to take place. Whether a deal gets done could depend on how teams feel about Crosby's status after a closer look at his medical exams, something Crosby's surgeon says should improve the further the pass rusher is removed from surgery.

Katy Perry Loses Trademark Case Against Australian Designer

An Australian designer who shares a similar name withKaty Perryhas secured a major legal victory after the country's High Court ruled in her favor in a long-running trademark dispute. The decision, handed down on Wednesday, determined that designerKatie Perry(designer), who changed her last name to Taylor in 2015, did not damage the singer's reputation or mislead consumers with her clothing label.

Australian designer Katie Perry wins trademark case against Katy Perry

Judges concluded that Katy Perry's reputation in Australia is so widely established that shoppers would not reasonably assume that designer Katie Perry's clothing line is connected to the international music artist, as reported by theBBC. Taylor, who originally operated under her maiden name Katie Perry, launched her fashion label in 2007.

She registered the business name that year and later applied for trademark protection. By 2008, she had begun selling clothing under the Katie Perry label at local markets while also promoting the brand through a website and social media platforms. Around the same time, the singer Katy Perry was rapidly rising to global fame following the release of her breakout hit "I Kissed a Girl."

Court documents show that the designer first became aware of the singer when she heard the song on the radio in mid-2008. "I had never heard of the singer when I started my label," Taylor said in a statement included in court filings. "I was simply building a fashion business under the name I was born with."

In 2009, lawyers representing the pop star contacted the designer and asked her to stop using the Katie Perry brand. They also indicated plans to oppose her trademark application. However, the singer's legal team later withdrew the action, and the matter remained unresolved for years.

The dispute resurfaced in 2023 when Taylor filed a lawsuit accusing the singer of trademark infringement. The case focused on merchandise sold during the singer's 2014 Australian tour, including jackets, hoodies, T-shirts, and sweatpants carrying the Katy Perry name. A court initially ruled in Taylor's favor, finding that the merchandise sales violated her trademark rights.

In 2024, an appellate court overturned the earlier ruling and canceled the designer's trademark. Judges concluded that the singer had effectively been using her name as a commercial brand years before the clothing business launched.

The latest High Court decision has now reinstated the designer's trademark. The court stated that no ordinary person in Australia, after giving the matter even brief thought, would assume clothing sold under the Katie Perry label came from the American pop star. Following the decision, Taylor said the outcome validated her long-held belief about the purpose of trademark protections: "It has been about protecting small business in Australia, for standing up for what is right and showing that we all matter."
