'PeanutButterIsOneWord' is an onlinegroupwhere customers share the most hilarious and painful custom productfailsthey've ever witnessed. The businesses they reached out to couldn't understand basic instructions, and actually printed the instructions on the products themselves, and it hurts to look at.

Good brand image, customer loyalty, and genuine trust take time to build. According to Forbes, yourtarget audienceis the "ultimate observer of your brand," and it legitimizes your "reason to exist."

"Most companies are built on a mission to solve a problem they see in the world," Forbes explains. "That same mission is what attracts your first batch of customers — those hoping your brand or product will solve a pesky issue in their life. In a notoriously flighty society, getting a customer to commit to your brand is kind of a big deal. A brand-loyal customer will choose your brand time and time again despite having the option for cheaper or more convenient competitors."

As Forbes explains, brands need to follow through and deliver on their promises. They can't overhype products with bold statements and then underdeliver. Consumers want transparency and honesty, not just good prices. What's more, they also want brand values to align with their own.

"Brands that are honest with their customers have a better time retaining shoppers because, from the start, the shopper knows what to expect."

If your brand gets in trouble, you, as a business owner, shouldn't shy away from correcting your course and prioritizing the consumer's experience. A core part of your business should be knowing how to manage disgruntled customers.

"A customer doesn't stop expecting you to solve their problems once the product is out of your shipping facility. If a product arrives damaged, takes longer than expected to arrive, or simply doesn't match the description, the customer is still counting on you to provide a solution," Forbes explains.

"Exceptional customer service is a surefire way to get a shopper to feel recognized and important to your company. Shoppers who have a pleasant experience with a brand are more likely to refer the brand to a family member or friend."

If you're serious about running a business that sells products with custom labels or engravings, well, you actually have to be serious about your job. That means focusing on quality. That means double and triple-checking customer instructions, and reaching out to them if something's not clear or overly ambiguous. And, yes, that means making amends for when you actually makesilly mistakesor make assumptions that don't pan out.

Over time, if you put in the effort to overcome miscommunication, you'll build a reputation for being reliable and transparent.

But as much as businesses shouldn't be dropping the ball here, customers also need to put in the effort to be very clear with their notes, instructions, and specifications. Good communication is a two-way street.

During an earlier in-depthinterviewwith the friendly moderator team running 'PeanutButterIsOneWord,'Bored Pandalearned all about the group's history, focus, and sense of humor.

According to moderator GrahamfieldShip, the witty name of the online community has its roots in the hit TV show 'BoJack Horseman.'

"On the show ['BoJack Horseman'], a character called Mr. Peanutbutter frequently buys signs from a company, but they always put his instructions on the sign. The first use of this was in season 1, with 'CONGRATS DIANE AND MR. PEANUT BUTTER. PEANUT BUTTER IS ONE WORD,'" the moderator told us earlier.

According to the mod, the joke became a running gag throughout the TV series and, eventually, became the origin of the subreddit's name.

From their perspective, people likely find similar mishaps so funny, cringy, and relatable because they are so unexpected.

"If there's a human reading the instructions, they should know what needs to be printed and what doesn't. So it's funny when they completely miss the mark," GrahamfieldShip told Bored Panda earlier.

They added that it's important to understand the difference between peanutbutterisoneword and lipsum. It's something many people get confused about.

"Lipsum is 'dummy text used in laying out print, graphic or web designs.' For example, if you receive an email that says 'good afternoon,' that would be lipsum."

'PeanutButterIsOneWord' was created in early 2018, and it's still going strong to this day. Times change, technologies improve, but some businesses will continue getting basic instructions for custom products wrong. From failed labels to faulty engravings, the group is a place for all product-related mistakes when somebody didn't even bother reading what the customer asked of them.

Currently, the subreddit gets just over 9k visits every week. The moderators point out that the members of the group should avoid reposting any popular photos from within the last half a year, to keep the content as fresh as possible.

Talented contestants may driveThe Voice, but the celebrity coaches have long been just as headline-worthy. The spinning red chairs have featured chart-toppers, Grammy winners and undeniable heartthrobs.

But duringThe Voice: Battle of ChampionsKaraoke Night in New York City on Thursday, Feb. 19, longtime hostCarson Dalyreminded fans of a fun bit of trivia: three former coaches once held PEOPLE's coveted Sexiest Man Alive title.

Reflecting on one win in particular, he couldn't resist cracking a joke atBlake Shelton, who was namedSexiest Man Alive in 2017while serving as a coach on the NBC hit. "Not sure how that happened," Daly, 52, tells PEOPLE. "Gwen [Stefani] must've been the only one voting that year."

The country singer, 49, who married Stefani, 56, in 2021, had been part of the show since its 2011 premiere and remained a cornerstone of the panel through season 23 before stepping away in 2023. His 2017 Sexiest Man Alive title came at the height of hisVoicedominance, adding another accolade to a résumé that already included multiple coaching victories.

Shelton, however, isn't the onlyVoicestar to earn the honor.Adam Levineclaimed the Sexiest Man Alive title in 2013 during his original run on the series. The "Payphone" singer, 46, served as a coach for seasons 1 through 16 before departing in 2019, but he is nowback to reclaim his chairfor season 29 after a five-year hiatus.

Later,John Legend joined the club, earning the distinction in 2019 while actively coaching. Each win came while the artists were balancing busy music careers with prime-time mentoring duties, ultimately cementing their appeal both on and off the stage.

With that much star power in one place, it's fair to wonder if there's ever been friendly rivalry between the former titleholders — especially when three Sexiest Man Alive winners have shared the same set.

When asked if there is ever a duke out on set between these past title holders, Daly says no. "They're humble guys… No problems there," he reveals. "They're well-behaved."

The Voice: Battle of Championspremieres on Feb. 23 at 9 p.m. ET on NBC, and is available to stream the next day on Peacock.

Seattle Seahawks wide receiver Jaxon Smith-Njigba is eligible for a new contract because he has played three seasons on his rookie deal.

While Smith-Njigba says he isn't pressing the issue, the 2025 AP Offensive Player of the Year said he believes he should be the NFL's highest-paid wide receiver.

"I'm really not too pressed right now to get it done," Smith-Njigba told WFAA-TV. "I know my time is coming, and when we get it done it's gonna be a great deal. God's timing is perfect timing, so whenever that may come, we'll be ready for it. I think I deserve to be the highest-paid at my position, just what I give to the game and the community, I give it my all. And I think that's worth a lot, lot more."

Smith-Njigba, who turned 24 last Saturday, has one season remaining on his four-year, $14.4 million rookie contract.

"I would play this game for free, I love this game so much, but you don't have to," he said. "I'm learning to be a good businessman, and we need that check at the end of the day."

Smith-Njigba put himself in position for a big payday after leading the NFL with 1,793 receiving yards in the 2025 regular season. He also had 119 receptions and 10 touchdowns en route to being selected for his second straight Pro Bowl.

Smith-Njigba didn't stop there, totaling 199 yards and two touchdowns in three postseason games as the Seahawks won the franchise's second Super Bowl title.

He has 282 catches for 3,551 receiving yards and 20 touchdowns in 51 games (36 starts) since being selected out of Ohio State by the Seahawks with the 20th overall pick in the 2023 NFL Draft.

Cincinnati Bengals star Ja'Marr Chase, 25, is the highest-paid wide receiver in terms of annual salary at $40.25 million. He signed a four-year, $161 million contract extension last March.

The team made the announcement on Saturday before the team's game against the Orlando Magic.

Booker is averaging 24.7 points, 6.1 assists and 3.9 rebounds over 44 games this season. The 29-year-old recently missed seven straight games with a sprained right ankle.

The Suns also said that recently signed guard Haywood Highsmith is continuing to recover from right knee surgery last offseason. The team said Highsmith is making "good progress" and will be evaluated in 2 to 3 weeks.

The Suns have been one of the NBA's surprise teams this season with a 32-24 record, but injuries have taken a toll and they've lost four of their past five games.
